Fresh Shrimp and Shellfish Warm Soup

1. Preparation: 

Remove the veins from the fresh shrimp and wash them. Clean the shellfish (such as fresh mussels or clams) after removing the sand. Prepare sliced garlic, ginger slices, and scallion segments.

2. Base cooking: 

Add oil to the pot, heat it up, then add the sliced garlic and fry the shrimp to extract the shrimp oil. Add boiling water and add ginger slices to remove the fishy smell and enhance the aroma.

3. Cooking the fresh ingredients: 

First, cook the shellfish until they open (skim off the foam). Finally, add non-shellfish seafood like squid and cook for 3-5 minutes.

4. Seasoning: 

Add a little salt and white pepper powder to enhance the flavor, then sprinkle with scallions and serve.
