1. Preparation:
Potatoes, bacon, celery, garlic, onion, milk, cheese;
2. Frying:
Prepare a pot that can both fry and stew. Add a little cooking oil to a cold pan and turn to medium heat. Add the pre-prepared small slices of bacon;
3. Keep the base oil in the pan, add a small piece of butter, put all the ingredients into the pan to stir-fry until fragrant. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add water or stock and full-fat milk to start stewing. Add salt and black pepper for seasoning. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes;
4. When the time is up, add your favorite cheese, half of the bacon crumbs, and use a handheld blender to mix well to make the sauce more smooth and uniform;
5. Serve and plate.
