Colorful bell peppers stir-fried with chicken

1. Preparation of ingredients: 

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, mix with a little salt, black pepper, soy sauce and starch to marinate for 10 minutes; Cut the colorful peppers (yellow, red, green) into small pieces, and chop the ginger and garlic finely;

2. Stir-fry chicken: 

In a non-stick pan, add cold oil, heat it up, then add the chicken and stir-fry quickly until it turns brown, remove and set aside;

3. Seasoning and cooking: 

Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the colored pepper pieces and stir-fry until they become tender. Return the chicken fillets, add a little oyster sauce and salt for seasoning, and stir-fry evenly until ready to serve.
