Colorful Vegetable Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: 

Wash and chop the fresh vegetables (such as green beans, tomatoes, bean sprouts, etc.), cut the tofu into pieces, and chop the ginger into small pieces.

2. Prepare the base: 

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the ginger and the vegetables that can be cooked for a long time (such as tomatoes), and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add ingredients and simmer: 

Add the tofu and easily-cooked fresh vegetables (such as bean sprouts, green beans), and cook for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are fully cooked.
