Egg-filled dumplings

1. Preparation: 

Prepare some frozen/delicious homemade dumplings, 2-3 eggs, a little chopped onion, a few teaspoons of black sesame seeds (optional), and a little salt.

2. Prepare the base for frying the dumplings: 

Put a non-stick pan on the stove, add cold oil, heat the oil, then evenly place the dumplings in the pan. Fry over low heat for 2 minutes until the bottom is slightly browned.

3. Pour in the eggs for simmering: 

Beat the eggs, add a little salt, and mix well. Pour the mixture evenly into the pan (covering the dumplings by 1/3 of the height), cover the pan, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until the egg mixture is completely set and the surface is golden brown.

4. Final assembly and serving: 

Sprinkle with chopped onion and black sesame seeds. You can either serve the dish directly from the pan or transfer it to a plate for consumption.
