Pan-fried salmon

1. Pre-treatment:

Dry the surface of the salmon and evenly sprinkle salt and black pepper on it. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.

2. Frying:

Heat the pan with butter (or olive oil), add the salmon, and fry for 2-3 minutes until one side turns golden brown. Flip it over and fry for another 2 minutes (adjust the time according to the thickness to ensure the interior is fully cooked).

3. Finishing:

Before serving, squeeze a little lemon juice to enhance the flavor. Serve it with the fried vegetables (such as asparagus) on a plate.
