Fresh clams with pepper

1. Preparation of ingredients:

Soak the clams in salted water for a while to remove the mud, cut the bell peppers (yellow and green) into pieces, and chop the ginger and garlic into fine pieces.

2. Boiling and shaping:

Boil water with a little wine, add the clams and cook until they open. Remove and rinse well.

3. Stir-frying and seasoning:

Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add the diced bell peppers and stir-fry until they are slightly soft. Pour in the clams, add a little salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped scallions to enhance the aroma before serving.
