1. Preparation:
Eggs, butter, fresh milk or light cream, a little salt, a little black pepper, and parsley.
2. Mix the egg:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk/cream, a little salt, and stir well. The egg mixture does not need to be beaten; just mix evenly.
3. Slow and low heat cooking:
Turn on low heat on a non-stick frying pan, melt the butter until it starts to bubble slightly, then pour in the egg mixture. Use a silicone spatula or wooden spatula to slowly stir and push the mixture, allowing the egg mixture to gradually solidify from the edges to the center. Keep the heat low throughout the process to avoid burning any part.
4. Remove immediately:
When there is still a little fluid left in the egg mixture, turn off the heat immediately (the residual heat will cause the egg mixture to continue to solidify). Sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
5. Prepare another non-stick frying pan and cook the bread slices over low heat until both sides are crispy.
6. Spread the eggs on the bread slices and enjoy the meal.
