1. Preparation: 

1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of milk (or plant milk),适量 fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries), 1 small handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), and a little dried fruit (such as cranberries, optional);

2. Cooking the oatmeal: 

Add the oatmeal and milk to a small pot and cook over low heat for 3-5 minutes until thick (if you prefer a softer texture, you can extend the cooking time or soak the oatmeal in hot water);

3. Assembling the dish: 

Pour the cooked oatmeal into a bowl, layer the berries, mixed nuts, and dried fruit on top, and drizzle a little honey for added sweetness.
