Golden Smoked Bacon and Herb Pancakes

1. Prepare ingredients:

Cut the toast into thick pieces, chop the bacon into small pieces, chop the herbs (such as parsley or rosemary) into small pieces, and mince the garlic;

2. Roasting the base:
